Tier 1 — 50%
5% of GCI on every deal your direct recruits close. Active from day one — no qualifying period.
Tier 2 — 30%
3% of GCI on every deal closed by your recruits' recruits. 🔓 Unlocks at 5 direct active recruits.
Tier 3 — 20%
2% of GCI on every deal closed at the third level of your downline. 🔓 Unlocks at 5 direct active recruits.
An Example
You recruit 5 agents. Each of them averages 6 deals per year at $8,000 GCI. They each go on to recruit 2 more agents, and those recruit 2 more.
